During development\, in a series of spatio-temporal\ncoordinated steps \, cells differentiate into different cell types and\nestablish tissue-sca le architectures and functions. Throughout life\,\ncontinuous tissue renew al and regeneration is required for tissue\nhomeostasis\, which also requi res fine-tuned spatio-temporal\ncoordination of cells.
